Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and properly set.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer their questions.
Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Arabic and English fluency (speaking & understanding required).
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a waitress in F&B, preferably in Dubai.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and team player.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
