1. At least three years' experience in fast food industry
2. Strong personality in F&B
3. With pleasing personality is an advantage
4. Customer service skills
5. Detailed oriented and self-motivated
6. Interpersonal skills, team oriented and physical stamina
7. Should maintain positive attitude in highly stressful situations.
8. Should be able to handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
9. Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
10. Should be friendly and should focus on strong customer service.
