About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-minded

Cashier cum Waitress

to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer transactions, take and serve orders, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations. You will also prepare and serve coffee and beverages when needed, helping create a warm and welcoming environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and issue receipts or refunds. Take customer orders, communicate details to kitchen staff, and ensure timely service. Present menu items, explain specials, and suggest additional products when appropriate. Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and in the dining area. Ensure proper handling and presentation of food in line with hygiene and safety standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team for replenishment of supplies. Support daily closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting. Assist with housekeeping and merchandising tasks to keep the restaurant clean and inviting. Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure efficient service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a

Cashier, Waitress, or Barista

in a restaurant or cafe preferred. Strong

customer service

and communication skills. Basic knowledge of

POS systems

and handling cash transactions. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for hospitality. Good command of

spoken and written English

. Ability to stand for long hours and maintain high energy throughout the shift. Willingness to work

weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

.

Appearance & Hygiene Standards:

Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene at all times. Wear the assigned uniform and

name tag

during duty hours. Keep hair neatly tied back and away from the face while handling food or beverages. Follow all restaurant grooming, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
