Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses cum Cashiers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage transactions at the cash register.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and present menus. Make recommendations based on menu knowledge. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.Order Management
Take accurate food and drink orders. Ensure timely delivery of orders to the customers. Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals.Cash Handling
Process customer payments accurately using the cash register. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely. Maintain accurate records of transactions.Cleanliness & Organization
Keep the dining area clean and organized. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas. Ensure utensils, plates, and glassware are clean and available.Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.Experience
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress and cashier is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to QAR1.00 per month
