Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items, specials, or promotions. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism. Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Process bills, handle payments, and return correct change. Follow all hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining and service areas. Support team members and assist in other duties as needed during busy hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
