Waiter/Waitress
Reports to: Restaurant Supervisor / Assistant Outlet Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide attentive, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a delightful dining experience that encourages repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations.
Have thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
Serve food and drinks, ensuring timely delivery and correct presentation.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Set up, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
Maintain a clean and organized station and dining area.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Follow all opening and closing side duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel or reputable restaurant is preferred.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
