Job Key Details:
- Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and present the menus
- Accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders from guests, making recommendations when necessary
- Make sure orders are delivered promptly and accurately to the appropriate tables while adhering to food safety and presentation standards
- Regularly check on guests to ensure their needs are met, including refilling drinks, clearing empty plates, and addressing any special requests
- Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, to assist guests with their choices
- Work seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure a smooth flow of service at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must have a friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
