We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented
Waiter with Barista experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a great guest experience.
Responsibilities & SOPs:
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and coffee station at all times
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures strictly
Upsell and recommend menu items to enhance the guest experience
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Report any customer complaints, equipment issues, or service gaps to management promptly
Assist colleagues and support teamwork to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter and barista (minimum 1 year preferred)
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and service standards
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
