Key Responsibilities
:
- Prepare a wide variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more.
- Operate the POS system to handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Serve sweets, desserts, and ice cream to customers.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and assisting them with orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu to effectively assist customers with recommendations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
:
- Experience with coffee preparation and operating a POS system.
- Ability to make drinks and handle payment transactions efficiently.
- Friendly, customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Safety Certificate required.
Experience Level
:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role (barista, cashier, or food & beverage service).
