Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest concerns Up-selling menu items and promoting specials to increase sales Accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions Maintaining a clean and organized dining area Restocking supplies and preparing tables for upcoming guests Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years old Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
