- Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and guest service attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
