- Greet guests warmly and ensure excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Supervise and support waiters and junior staff during service
- Ensure tables are properly set up and the dining area is clean and presentable
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen team
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor new team members and assist with staff scheduling as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special promotions
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
