Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when necessary Prepare tables by setting up linens, cutlery, and glassware Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area Process bills and payments accurately Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS systems Upselling skills Team player with good time management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
