We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests promptly.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring proper presentation.
Attend to guest needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Process payments and provide accurate billing.
Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
