Waiter ( Hotel Experince)
Job Description
Greet guests in a warm and courteous manner and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and addressing any issues or requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the dining environment.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
Support the team during busy hours and assist with room service or banqueting (if required).
Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and hotel offerings to upsell when appropriate.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a
hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment
is required. Strong understanding of hospitality service standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Good personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance. Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling payments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
