Job Summary
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional attitude to maintain the restaurant's service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role.
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
Work in a busy restaurant environment.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Interaction with guests and team members throughout shifts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
