We're looking for dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As integral members of our dining establishment, Waiters/Waitresses play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a positive first impression Offer menu recommendations, describe specials, and take accurate orders Serve food and beverages promptly and gracefully to ensure an enjoyable dining experience Engage with guests, addressing inquiries, and accommodating special requests Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless coordination of orders Assist in table setup and ensure a clean and organized dining environment Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide change as needed Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety, following health regulations and food safety guidelines

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is advantageous Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays In-depth knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure Dedication to upholding hygiene and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting
