Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and take orders accurately. Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations. Prepare dining areas before opening and assist in closing duties. Ensure accurate billing and handle payments when required. Communicate guest requests and special instructions to the kitchen. Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with inquiries. Maintain high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in the F&B industry. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong focus on customer service and hospitality. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and POS systems preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
