Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations. Guarantying the quality of service Leading and promoting the products of the restaurant internally Organizing the welcoming of guests Developing a commercial behavior in order to improve the indicators of performance of the point of sale Developing a commercial behavior in order to be a source of suggestions for clients Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management. Presenting the bill to the client and proceeding to his / her checkout according to the procedure. Respecting all the administrative procedures of the restaurant
Requirements:
2 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry Having a sense of guest and contact Must be flexible in work location Able to communicate in English (verbal, reading and writing) Arabic or Russian speaker Preference will be given to those who can join on an immediate basis
