Data Warehousing Category IT Support Engineer Location Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience 4 years

The Candidate should know VTS software, RADAR, AIS, VHF, CCTV, meteorological sensors, and other marine navigation and communication systems
The candidate should have an IT background in support, installation, and troubleshooting
Daily support for VTS software and associated hardware
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly preventive checks for the entire VTS system for performance assurance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment and supervise contract-based installations
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex VTS system (Software, AIS, RADAR, VHF, CCTV and meteorological sensors.)
Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
Keep up-to-date documentation
Mission Description: administration/maintenance/third level support/design of Infrastructure
Following up with contractors for technical support, ongoing projects, and issues
Providing SOW and presentation for future projects
Troubleshooting software and hardware for servers and operators
