As a VRO Consultant, you will support the Vision Realisation Office in translating national digital strategies into measurable outcomes. This role blends strategy consulting, economic modelling, and stakeholder engagement to ensure initiatives deliver real GDP and ROI impact.

• Develop strategies for national digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with external entities and internal departments to shape product launch strategies.
• Build financial and economic models to assess ROI and GDP impact.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with ministries, tech partners, and internal teams.
• Ensure alignment with national priorities and economic goals.

Contribute to the digital future by driving high-impact national initiatives.Proven strategy consulting experience at an internationally recognised firm.

• Strategy consulting experience at an internationally recognised firm.
• Strong Excel modelling and financial analysis skills.
• Experience calculating ROI and macroeconomic impact (e.g., GDP contribution).
• Exposure to public sector or national-level programs.
• Ability to work with emerging tech (AI, cloud, data).
• (Preferred) UAE or GCC government experience and familiarity with digital transformation frameworks.
