Sky View Real Estate is seeking a highly driven

Vice President / General Manager (Sales & Operations)

to lead the overall performance, strategy, and growth of the organization. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing

company-wide operations

, driving sales structures (not direct selling), and ensuring operational excellence across all departments.

We are looking for a strong strategic leader with deep knowledge of the UAE market. Candidates from

real estate, banking, insurance, or other high-performance sales-driven industries

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the

day-to-day operations

of Sky View Real Estate. Develop and implement

business strategies, policies, and performance frameworks

across all teams. Oversee sales functions without engaging in direct property selling. Build and manage high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with company goals. Ensure compliance with

RERA, DLD, AML/CTF

, and internal governance procedures. Create and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and performance reports. Drive operational efficiency and set KPIs across departments. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in strategy meetings, leadership forums, and industry events.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience

in a senior management role. (Mandatory) Proven leadership experience in

real estate, banking, insurance, or similar sectors

. Strong understanding of UAE real estate operations and sales structures. Excellent ability to manage large teams and cross-functional departments. Strong background in developing business strategies, performance metrics, and operational policies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle pressure, drive growth, and maintain organizational discipline. Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements including

RERA/DLD/AML

(preferred). Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
