- Manage a teams of UNIX Administrators, Database Administrators and DevOps;
- Plan and control activities to support IT projects and tasks within deadlines;
- Optimize existing workflows and processes;
- Design and implement DR strategy to reduce RTO and RPO;
- Maintain related technical documentation;
- Implement industry best practices;
- Optimize and control IT costs;
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Management for teams of 10+ employees;
- Perfect understanding of ITSM activities and workflows;
- In depth knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure including Servers, Unix/Linux platforms, networking, virtualization technologies;
- Experience in process automation;
- Good understanding of IT architecture principles;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizing multiple objectives and initiatives;
- Fluent English;
- Expert knowledge data storage solutions MySQL, PostgreSQL, and/or Clickhouse;
- Certification in areas ITIL, ITSM, MOF;
- Certification in areas Azure Cloud, AWS Cloud;
- Practical experience in the area of IT Compliance for fintech companies operating in regulated jurisdictions;
- Experience in supporting and administration of high-load systems with highest SLA level;
- Knowledge of Russian language;
