Responsibilities:
This includes:
Growth. Source and enroll new partner to accelerate Giift deployment to clients (B2B) and users base in the region. Such strategic partners include:
Distribution partners for Giift LBMS: card network/scheme (VISA, Discover, etc), core/digital banking providers and software (Temenos, MTI, Mambu, or/and Tier 2-3 partners, etc.), card management platform, consulting companies (Accenture, Mc Kinsey, tier 2 and 3 consulting) and other player from the banking environment etc..
Distribution partners for GiiftPay and Giift Box: Payment service providers, mobile wallet, acquiring banks, CMS, etc.
Business development
Source, identify and qualify partners + create leads (direct sales + leads coming from in-bound and out-bound for tiers 2 and 3)
Engage and create opportunities + Deal negotiation & closing
Assess all direct and indirect sales channels opportunities
Deal negotiation & closing
Budgeting
In coordination with the CSO, define sales strategy globally + budgeting and quota
In coordination with Head of Sales Operation to assess performance and achievement in the sales CRM
Shows
Participate to banking shows
Requirements:
Experience working as a Partnership position or similar role
Proven record of successful deals closed
Good knowledge of banking products and/or financial industry
Good knowledge of technology
