Asset Manager Senior Manager
Overview
A leading regional investment platform is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Dubai-based investment team, with responsibility for the active management and value optimisation of hospitality assets across a diversified portfolio.
This role sits firmly on the post-investment side, focusing on operational performance, asset enhancement, stakeholder management, and long-term value creation rather than deal execution or origination.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day asset management of hospitality investments, including hotels, resorts, and mixed-use leisure assets
Monitor asset-level performance against business plans, budgets, and investment objectives
Drive operational improvements, cost efficiencies, and revenue-enhancement initiatives * Act as the primary interface with hotel operators, asset operators, and third-party managers
Review and challenge operating reports, budgets, and forecasts
Review financial models, cash flows, and valuation assumptions for existing assets
Prepare asset-level reporting, investment committee updates, and strategic recommendations
Support refinancing, restructuring, or exit planning where relevant
Candidate Specification
Experience in hospitality asset management, real estate asset management, or operational oversight within an investment or principal environment
Strong understanding of hotel operations, performance metrics, and operator agreements
Commercially minded with the ability to balance operational detail and investment objectives
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, including operators, advisors, and internal teams
Prior exposure to assets in the GCC or international hospitality markets preferred
