Our client is a reputable Investment Institution based in the UAE; they are looking to hire an Infrastructure Investment professional with a strong track record in executing investments across European markets. This individual will play an important role in leading and executing M&A activities involving the end-to-end investment lifecycle.

Requirements:

- Develop and refine the organization\'s infrastructure investment strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives

- Collaborate with senior management to define investment goals, risk tolerance, and return expectation

- Develop and execute on the M&A strategy in alignment with the company\'s overall investment strategy including building a pipeline of potential acquisition targets

- Lead the financial analysis and due diligence on potential targets, including review of financial statements, market trends, and industry dynamics

- Lead the financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decision-making

- Negotiate and structure complex transactions, including purchase agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships

- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, investment banks, and other relevant stakeholders to stay up to date of market trends and opportunities

Responsibilities:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant and proven investment experience in Direct Investments, M&A, Buy-Side/Sell-Side or Investment Banking experience in Infrastructure with a specific focus on executing deals in the European market

- Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar disciplines

- Master\'s Degree and CFA are preferred

- Strong track record and financial knowledge

- Proficient communication skills
