JOB PURPOSE:
Analyse portfolio data and performances
Implement campaigns to meet Portfolio KPIs
Drive projects related to Portfolio Management
Support on management reporting and presentations
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Generic Accountability
Responsible for Credit Card\'s business score card including meeting revenue, spend, ENR and attrition targets
Responsible for non financial targets of Credit Card departments including but not limited to project deliverables, zero issue on audit and net promotor scores
Job Specific Accountabilities
Analyse data to understand card portfolio performances and opportunities to grow
Formulate strategic spend and usage campaigns to drive Portfolio spend, balances and revenue
Formulate strategic campaigns to increase customers engagement and avoid attrition
Manage customer complaints from investigation, root cause finding and to provide recommendations for management\'s decision
Handle various projects related to Portfolio Management
Ensuring projects and campaigns are customer centric, making sure all processes and approvals are followed
Attention to details, meeting deadlines
Good communications skills, both in verbal and writing
Work collaboratively across functions including creative, digital, social, ops, research, analytics, activation and PR across all products
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor\'s degree or related discipline.
Minimum Experience
8 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
