VP - Head of Credit/Corporate Finance Credit CEEMEA

A leading international bank in DIFC is looking to appoint a VP to lead on first line Credit to execute large and complex Corporate Finance deals for their Large Corporate and Government Related Entities (GREs) and Conglomerates Coverage team. Working closely and alongside the business and working across other teams in other global locations, this is a high profile role looking for an experienced individual with strong Credit experience in working on large syndicated loan transactions and other/similar transactions. You will be responsible for the execution of all Corporate Finance transactions in the region as the lead on Credit and support senior staff as part of deal teams in the marketing for origination of and execution of transactions, and lead on all Corporate Finance transactions assigned.

The role requires strong analytical skills and will involve the review and analysis of information including customer financial statements, corporate financial models, due diligence and legal documentation. The role also requires strong communication skills as there will be various interfaces both within the organisation (Credit, Syndications, and Operations etc.) as well as externally including client facing dealing including marketing, deal execution and DD/KYC; and coordinating with multiple persons across the region and in London.
