Our client, a well-known Investment entity based in the UAE, is currently looking to hire an M&A professional in the Energy sector. This position will require expertise in deal sourcing, execution, and integration, as well as a deep understanding of the sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Support in the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities within the Energy sector
- Support in the development and execution of the M&A strategy in alignment with the company\'s overall investment strategy
- Building a pipeline of potential acquisition targets
- Conduct financial analysis & due diligence on potential targets, including review of financial statements, market trends, & industry dynamics
- Develop financial models & valuation analyses to support investment decision-making.
- Support on the negotiation and structuring the complex transactions
- Develop investment business case including Management Committee deck and supporting complex financial model and analysis

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant investment experience in M&A, Buy-Side and Sell-Side, Private Equity or Investment Banking with a focus in the Energy industry
- Bachelor\'s degree holder in business management, finance, economics, or equivalent
- Master\'s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized institution (MBA is preferred) or a financial certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, and CAIA) is a plus
- Strong communication skills
