Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and technical experts to deliver innovative and efficient solutions aligned with business goals
• Oversee a strategic IT project portfolio, ensuring delivery of solutions that cut costs, enhance quality, and improve customer satisfaction
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand operational commitments and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for system innovation, process automation, and optimization to advance business capabilities
• Manage relationships with critical technology vendors and oversee their alignment with corporate IT objectives
• Translate complex business requirements into effective IT solutions that deliver measurable value
• Set and manage IT budgets annually, aligning with corporate objectives and financial expectations
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile change management within IT operations
• Ensure all solutions comply with internal information security standards and UAE ISR policies
• Mentor and coach team members to support professional development and succession planning

Required Skills and Experience
Education

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT project leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven success in delivering complex IT solutions and managing large cross-functional teams
• Strong track record of aligning IT strategy with business goals in a corporate or global setting

Skills

• Expertise in IT governance, budgeting, project lifecycle management, and solution architecture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical thinking with a proactive and visionary mindset
