Shift: Schedule: Full-time PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT AND TEAM Under Group Technology Operations, the IT Transformation and Performance Management department drives transformation and ensures the execution of the AXA Transversal practices. That includes driving the global product governance, monitoring the IT performance, providing expertise leadership on product management, and aligning and converging quality criteria with our cooperating Entities. POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES The key responsibility of the Volume Consumption Officer is to :
Ensures timely delivery of forecasted & actuals volumes and feeding into dashboard
Support the volume fullfillers (cascades information & change, answer questions, solves or escalates issues)
Carries out sanity checks on data and contributes to data correction / data quality
Animates, coordinates data explanation / correction of the volume data with markets & loop with product teams, financial team Main activities
Forecast (at each budget exercice)
Prior to any data collection, ensures referential updates and consistency (entity, products) and open forecast campaign into the tool
Ensures delivery of forecasted volumes and feeding of the dashboard
Follows the timeline given by the E2E volume consumption Process Owner
Supports the volume fullfillers (answer questions, solves or escalates issues)
Sanity checks (level1) the forecasted volumes values, to spot any potential issues (no #REF instead of numbers) based on his knowledge of context and product/OpCos specificities
Animates, coordinates data correction until validation of the volume data with markets & loop with product teams, financial teams
Checks for data quality issues through controlling system. If issues, identifies root causes and ensures the remediation plans are followed
Actuals (each reporting frequency, monthly or other)
Prior to any data collection, ensures referential updates and consistency (entity, products, financial rules to translate volumes into financials)
Ensures regular (monthly, quarterly or yearly) delivery of volume Actuals and feeding of the dashboards (in line with monthly financial reportings if/when applicable)
Supports the volume fullfillers (answer questions, solves or escalates issues)
Sanity checks (level1) the actuals volumes values, to spot any potential issues based on his knowledge of context and product/OpCos specificities
In case of questions / issues, animates & coordinates data explanations with markets, product & finance teams
Checks for data quality issues through controlling system. If issues, identifies root causes and ensures the remediation plans are followed PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience
3 to 4 years of IT analysis in international context
IT degree or equivalent professional qualification
Capacity to understand current processes, systems, organizational landscapes
Proven success in interaction with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
Strong foundation in technology and preferable work experience with IT transformation
Knowledge of BI Tools (Reporting) systems and processes
Competencies
Good verbal, listening, presentation and written communication skills in English (French optional but not mandatory)
Good interpersonal skills, with ability to work across functional lines
Strong result orientation
Knowledge of new technologies and technology market trends
Ability to understand entites and market demands
Solid analytical background
Solid financial background with the capability to develop and challenge business cases
Ability to work individually and as a part of team and work under pressure
