IP Telephony, Public Address (PA) systems, and IP Security solutions
to support our sales team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
technical presales support
to the sales team
Design and propose solutions related to
IP Telephony, IP PA, and IP Security systems
Prepare
technical proposals, system architectures, and BOQs
Conduct
product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions
with clients
Coordinate with vendors and technical teams for solution design and validation
Support tender and project technical submissions
Technical Requirements:
Solid knowledge of
IP Telephony (VoIP, SIP, IP PBX)
Experience with
IP PA / IP Announcement systems
Good understanding of
IP Security systems
(CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems)
Strong understanding of
networking concepts
(TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE, switches)
Preferred Qualifications:
Presales or technical support experience in ELV / ICT solutions
Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
Good communication and presentation skills
UAE market experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
