Role Overview

The Presales & Project Engineer plays a key role in bridging sales and project delivery. The position involves driving sales activities, providing presales technical support, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution. The candidate will engage directly with clients, prepare professional proposals, and oversee implementation to meet technical, commercial, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Presales

Actively support the sales team in achieving business targets. Identify and qualify client requirements to propose effective solutions. Prepare and present professional technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and compliance documents. Deliver client presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors. Provide technical support during negotiations and tender submissions.

Project Management

Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to successful handover. Develop detailed project schedules, method statements, and risk assessments. Supervise site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning. Ensure all work complies with specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage communication with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Provide client training, documentation, and after-sales technical support.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in presales, sales engineering, and project execution (preferably in AV, ICT, ELV, or related industries). Strong understanding of AV/ICT/ELV systems, integration, and networking. Excellent communication and presentation. Proven ability to prepare professional proposals and technical documentation. Competency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
