Responsibilities
Set up CNC VMC machines according to specifications.
Operate CNC VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues as they arise.
Perform regular machine maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a CNC machining program or apprenticeship.
Minimum of 2 years experience operating CNC VMC machines.
Understanding of machine operations and tool setups.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and precision.
