Position Overview
The Visual Merchandising Executive role is responsible for managing and delivering effective and commercial visual standards within the store in Dubai, UAE. This position focuses on executing visual merchandising strategies, enhancing store layouts and window displays, and supporting brand sales targets through strong visual presentation and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute mannequin styling in line with visual merchandising directives, current trends, and brand vision.
  • Implement new seasonal visual guidelines by accurately interpreting concepts and adapting them to store requirements.
  • Create innovative wall and table displays aligned with approved visual concepts.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge including key investments, best sellers, and seasonal focus looks.
  • Manage POP and mannequin assets including identification, storage, care, returns, and campaign readiness.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising processes and procedures are implemented consistently to best practice standards.
  • Support back-of-house coordination to ensure effective servicing of the sales floor, including wardrobe imagery and benefit signage.
  • Make visual merchandising decisions based on business performance, best sellers, and department results.
  • Contribute to photo reports and maintain visual records of merchandising updates and campaigns.
  • Review execution of visual activities against approved schedules and timelines.
  • Implement seasonal marketing updates including wardrobe images and benefit signage.
  • Provide feedback to line managers and suppliers on the quality and relevance of visual materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies during campaign and event execution to ensure correct and high-quality implementation.
  • Manage visual merchandising props, materials, and related costs within approved budgets.

  • Define annual performance goals in alignment with the reporting manager.
  • Take ownership of personal development by identifying learning needs and development opportunities.
