MISSIONS
Chaumet is looking for a
Visual Merchandiser
for its Middle East regional office for a 6-month short-term contract, covering a maternity leave. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Middle East, you will have the opportunity to support with the implementation and maintenance of the Visual Merchandising strategy.
Implementation of Visual Identity:
Develop and execute Chaumet's global visual merchandising strategies across flagship store and regional boutiques.
Ensure that every display, window, and in-store presentation reflect the heritage, elegance, and luxury that Chaumet embodies.
Report to and collaborate with the Head of Marketing ME (N+1) and global VM team to adapt visual displays to regional tastes while remaining true to Chaumet's iconic image and storytelling.
Collaborate closely with boutique teams to understand specific store needs and adapt visual merchandising plans accordingly
Coordination of Display Maintenance
Oversee the maintenance and refresh of visual displays
Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual displays and store layouts are consistent with Chaumet's high standards of luxury.
Point of reference for VM in-store ambassadors, supporting, guiding and training them
Ensure proper management of VM display stock, including inventory tracking and placing orders when needed
Provide reports/documentation following each project/window installation to ensure alignment and follow-up
Event Support:
Assist with the planning and execution of any temporary events or special product launches, ensuring they are supported by visually compelling displays.
Ensure all in-store experiences, from private viewings to client events, reflect the luxury and exclusivity that Chaumet is known for.

Graduated with a master's degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a company or agency
Relational intelligence to lead, coordinate and exchange with different interlocutors including international.
Autonomous and organized, you have team spirit and are proactive.
