Job Description
Responsibilities
Execute VM guidelines and display standards in stores accurately and on time Conduct regular store visits to ensure VM consistency and quality Implement window displays, in-store focal points, and promotional setups Train and guide store staff on VM standards and daily maintenance Identify execution challenges and provide feedback to the VM design team Support new store openings, refurbishments, and major campaigns Prepare VM visit reports with photos and improvement notes
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in designing or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in VM execution or retail store display Strong attention to detail and hands-on execution capability Willingness to travel frequently between stores Good communication skills and ability to work closely with store teams Basic understanding of VM principles and commercial objectives Multi-store or chain retail experience is preferred
