Visual Merchandiser | Brand Options LLC

Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for the seamless transformation of design concepts into high-impact physical displays. This role serves as the bridge between our production facility and the retail environment, ensuring that luxury brand standards are upheld through meticulous installation, site management, and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

Installation Management:

Oversee the end-to-end setup of window displays, podiums, and retail animations across premium malls and travel retail locations.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all finished displays align strictly with brand guidelines, technical drawings, and the high-quality finish expected by Brand Options' clientele.

Production Liaison:

Work closely with the in-house production departments (joinery, acrylic, and print) to monitor project progress and material readiness.

On-Site Coordination:

Manage site permits, supervise installation teams, and troubleshoot technical challenges during site handovers, often during out-of-office hours.

Reporting:

Deliver comprehensive post-installation reports, including high-quality photographic documentation and client feedback.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Proven track record in Visual Merchandising within the UAE, specifically in production-heavy or agency environments.

Technical Skill:

Ability to interpret 2D/3D technical drawings and a solid understanding of retail production materials.

Communication:

Professional fluency in English; capable of representing the company during client interactions and mall management meetings.

Logistics:

Demonstrable experience in managing project timelines and site-specific regulations (e.g., Dubai Mall or Dubai Airports).
