We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store shopping experience and drive sales through strategic product displays. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong organizational skills, and a passion for retail merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and implement eye-catching product displays that align with brand identity.

. Develop store layouts to optimize customer flow and maximize product exposure.

. Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and window displays to attract foot traffic.

. Ensure proper product placement, stock rotation, and visual consistency.

. Maintain clear, compelling signage for pricing, promotions, and product information.

. Style mannequins and set up store fixtures to showcase key products effectively.

. Research industry trends and competitor displays to stay innovative.

. Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to align visual merchandising with sales strategies.

. Train store staff on maintaining visual standards and brand presentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Experience in visual merchandising, retail, or a related field.

. Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

. Ability to work with store layouts, fixtures, and display tools.

. Knowledge of current fashion and retail trends (for clothing brands).

. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

. Ability to lift and arrange store fixtures and displays.

Work is 4 days a week (8 hours daily ) Daily Salary : 100-130 AED depending we only accept people with their own work visa and we would support them with a letter which allows them to work part time in our store .
