About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Visual Merchandiser to join our Dubai Mall flagship. Your role will be to bring the brand to life, deliver world-class visual standards, and ensure every store visit is visually inspiring and engaging.



You'll be responsible for designing compelling displays, maintaining store presentation, and translating the brand's vision into a captivating in-store experience. Working closely with the retail and management teams, you'll help drive sales and ensure the store reflects the energy, style, and identity of Maniere De Voir.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain visually compelling displays across the store. Ensure all products are presented in line with brand guidelines. Collaborate with store management to plan seasonal layouts, launches, and campaigns. Analyse visual impact and performance, using insights to optimise presentations. Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock placement. Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends and visual merchandising innovations.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion or luxury retail. Strong creative flair with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for fashion and current trends.
