About the Role

Manage visual presentation of store portfolio. Ensure stores are regularly visited and merchandised in line with brand guidelines and business needs. Manage procurement and installation of window displays, props and POS in timely, efficient manner. Liaise with all stakeholders on regular basis.

What You'll Be Doing

Functional Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure store portfolio is merchandised to the highest standard in line with brand VM strategy Create VM calendar for each brand Monitor effectiveness of displays and windows and plan changes if necessary Make data driven decisions and work with internal stakeholders to maximise commercial potential of stores Adapt brand driven visual concepts in line with store design and mall guidelines Work with procurement department and suppliers to produce high quality display materials and POS Have good knowledge of current fashions and trends. Create strategies to implement them in store displays. Make regular competitor visits and report on latest trends. Develop strong relationships with brand VM teams Provide monthly photo reports to brands Develop training materials and conduct regular VM training sessions with staff and management Provide VM support for external events and marketing activations Manage installation of window props, displays and other POS Manage VM visit schedule of subordinates.

About You

Education/Certification and Continued Education

Graduate in any discipline with tertiary qualifications in fine or commercial arts

Years of Experience

5 years experience in VM/merchandising role ideally with premium high street fashion brands * UAE Driving license is required for the role
