Overview

Responsibility for the store's image at all times.
Finding effective solutions to make the store more commercial and profitable.
Ability to train and motivate the team on new product marketing guidelines and techniques
Create suggestions for new products that are not available
Continuous reporting to the store management team - support in specific store management tasks.
Communicate and provide feedback to the Visual Merchandiser of the area.

Job Requirements
Proven successful track record of at least one (1) year of experience in the field of Visual Store Merchandising.
Knowledge of basic visual techniques for creating an attractive environment for customers in our physical stores.
Knowledge of customer profiles, product capabilities and competitors' commercial strategies
Ability to implement the retail brand strategy within their scope of work and always in collaboration with the other departments of the company.
