Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that reflect brand identity, drive foot traffic, and enhance customer experience across both fashion and home decor product categories.
Key Responsibilities:Visual Merchandising & Display
Develop and execute compelling visual displays for fashion and home decor sections that align with the brand's seasonal themes and promotions. Style mannequins and vignettes to reflect current trends and customer preferences. Maintain visual standards throughout the store, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and aligned with the company's guidelines.
Store Layout & Space Planning
Maximize product visibility and sales through strategic floor planning and product placement. Collaborate with store and buying teams to plan product flow and highlight key items or collections. Adjust floor plans based on stock levels, product launches, and sales performance.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the store team, buyers, and marketing team to align visual merchandising with brand campaigns and promotional activities. Provide visual merchandising guidance and training to store staff to ensure consistent presentation standards.
Trend & Market Awareness
Stay up to date with current fashion, home decor, and retail display trends. Monitor competitor visual merchandising and suggest improvements or innovations accordingly.
Performance & Reporting
Analyze the impact of visual displays on sales and customer behavior. Provide feedback and reports on display effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
