Key Responsibilities: Visual Merchandising \xc3\x98 Proactive involvement in the process of understanding and ensuring that the latest trends are implemented in showrooms as per brand standards. \xc3\x98 Create Planograms, written and verbal guidelines and instructions to support all new, current and seasonal activities / products for showrooms to implement. \xc3\x98 Partner with cross-functional business partners (imports, retail, marketing, inventory, logistics and the showroom VM Team) to direct and drive superior visual execution in stores. \xc3\x98 Support to ensure that visual merchandising standards are in place in all showrooms in all markets. \xc3\x98 Provide a facilitators role in resolving merchandising matters. \xc3\x98 Liquidating Slow moving items through effective concept merchandising inventory analysis. \xc3\x98 Improving upon return per square meter by conceptualizing ideas for all inventory categories. \xc3\x98 Devise, implement and execute creative visual merchandising strategies that support the business goals of Marina Home. Customer Service: \xc3\x98 Ensure excellent customer service at all times through proper execution of company\xe2\x80\x99s policies related to customer service \xc3\x98 Collaborative working with cross functional departments to create instructions for all showrooms to follow. \xc3\x98 Create conceptual window displays and in store merchandising that\xe2\x80\x99s in line with world retail trends. \xc3\x98 Analyze, evaluate and create action plans for all aged or slow-moving inventory across the brand. \xc3\x98 Effective utilization of showroom design to ensure the correct products are displayed in the correct locations. \xc3\x98 Providing in store training to assist the VM team to implement all new initiatives. \xc3\x98 Providing Interior Design Services to Marina customers through In Store and Home Consultation (If required). \xc3\x98 Provide necessary direction and feedback to the associates on concept visual merchandising initiatives.
