Visual Merchandiser cum Store Manager

Employee is responsible for both creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales, and also managing the overall store operations, including sales, staff, and inventory. Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising:

Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image. Designing and creating window displays and in-store presentations to attract customers. Ensuring high standards of visual appeal and aesthetics throughout the store. Staying updated on industry trends and adapting visual displays accordingly. Coordinating visual merchandising with marketing and sales teams.

Store Management:

Managing and motivating store staff. Overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance. Managing budgets and resources effectively. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends. Identifying slow-moving stock and proposing strategies to clear it.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Proven Experience in visual merchandising and retail management is essential. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using visual merchandising software and tools.
