Job Description

Visual merchandiser Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand\'s image and goals. Creating eye-catching and attractive store displays that highlight products and drive sales. Conducting regular store visits to assess the appearance and functionality of displays and make improvements as needed. Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure the visual merchandising efforts are aligned with current promotions and product launches. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising and incorporating new ideas and techniques into the company\'s operations. Managing the visual merchandising budget, including planning and purchasing of fixtures, props, and other materials needed for displays. Training and coaching store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure the availability of high-quality merchandise and materials for displays. Monitoring and analyzing sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of visual merchandising efforts and make improvements as needed. Skills Creativity and artistic ability: The ability to develop visually appealing and effective store displays. Strong attention to detail: The ability to ensure that displays are aesthetically pleasing, well-organized, and accurately represent the brand\'s image. Project management skills: The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Communication and interpersonal skills: The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders. Technical proficiency: The ability to use design and presentation software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint, to create visual presentations and plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Flexibility and adaptability: The ability to respond quickly to changing business conditions and customer preferences. can communicate in local accent.
