We are hiring on behalf of our prestigious clients based in Dubai.
Role:
Drive exceptional guest experiences by overseeing frontline teams, safety procedures, and service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and deploy frontline teams to support daily operations and staff coverage. Deliver high standards of visitor service, safety, and crowd management. Support pavilion events, activations, and special visits. Monitor operational equipment, ticketing, and reporting processes. Resolve visitor issues professionally and escalate when required.
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati), fluent in English
.3-4 years experience in visitor-facing roles within attractions, museums, or events
. Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced settings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Apply now!
