The Role:

Serve as the Vertiport Terminal Supervisor, directing terminal operations with a focus on passenger flow management, facility oversight, and effective coordination among various operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

+ Serve as duty point of contact for vertiport terminal passenger services + Monitor terminal operations and passenger flow
+ Coordinate passenger movements with key vertiport stakeholders
+ Oversee daily terminal facilities management

Customer Relations:

+ Handle passenger and air operator complaints and disruptions + Resolve passenger requests and issues
+ Ensure high standards of customer service

Emergency Coordination:

+ Initiate and oversee terminal evacuation during emergencies + Provide passenger triage and staging area management
+ Direct emergency services to accident/incident areas

Reporting:

+ Communicate daily terminal operations to Vertiport Operations Manager

About You:

Supervisory experience in aviation, transportation, or hospitality Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Emergency management experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good command of spoken and written English Ability to work under pressure Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
