Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Visa Sales Officer

who is fluent in

Arabic

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling premium services, achieving ambitious sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell visa and immigration services to clients, primarily Russian-speaking. Identify potential customers through various channels (calls, referrals, walk-ins, online inquiries). Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Explain service packages clearly, addressing client needs, objections, and concerns. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on visa categories, immigration rules, and procedures. Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups through CRM or company database.

Requirements:

Fluent in

Arabic and English

(written and verbal). Minimum 2-3 years of

proven sales experience

, preferably in visa, immigration, or high-ticket service sales (luxury products, travel packages, etc.). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet high sales targets. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of visa application processes and travel documentation is a plus.
