Role Overview:

As a Visa Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with immigration services, processing visa applications, and offering expert consultation on travel-related matters. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consultation and complete visa application services to clients Handle immigration-related inquiries professionally and accurately Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and documentation Build rapport with clients and offer tailor-made travel and visa solutions Maintain records and ensure accuracy of client documents and information Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance service quality

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Travel & Tourism or related field Freshers or candidates with

minimum 1 year of experience

in the Travel and Tourism industry are welcome Strong knowledge of visa application processes and immigration regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using relevant software tools for documentation and communication
